![]() ![]() ![]() I dont know if this is an easily fixable issue but as of now, this is very annoying. I cannot edit a 20 to 30 minute long highly edited video if the program stutters every time I split. I only upgraded for the new features, which by the way are amazing, I see an immediat increase in quality from camtasia 9, but at this point, its better to just refund 2022. Pretty muhc no lag until the video is almost complete, at which point, there are literally hundreds of splits, on camtasia 9, but I switch to 2022, and I can barely do 10 before It becomes noticably laggy. I edit the same style videos, highly edited, and using a lot of cuts/animation/pretty much everything in the program for literally years on camtasia 9 with absolutely no problem. Plus, you get unlimited data storage, priority support, and regular check-ins with success coaches. Its simple to assign seats to users, transfer seats as your team evolves, and manage user permissions. The only way to fix this is to restart the program. With the Articulate 360 Teams plan, you can also manage user, license, and billing information online in one place. It gets laggy very quicky, within maybe 1 or 2 minutes of editing its already so laggy there is a good pause inbetween every split. Articulate emphasizes user-friendliness, including mobile accessibility. It provides prebuilt and customizable content, along with gamification capabilities. The more Splits I make the more laggy it gets. Articulate Storyline is a learning content creation platform. And a few maintenance versions later, the bugs in Camtasia were finally fixed. ![]() it's programs in the autostart folder."). I've had about 10 support cases in the last 3 years and in almost all of them I was told great nonsense ("it's one of my USB devices. But tech support should really stop looking through the diagnostic files and coming up with the first "unusual" find and claim that could be the source of the problem, instead of actually investigating the problem (for example by requesting project files and repro steps). Yes, I'm aware of all necessary steps (repro steps/video, sample projects) and I'm happy to provide everything required to reproduce these issues. You should also file a report with tech support, sharing those screencast links with them If tech support has access to the ticket system / bug tracker etc., they should be aware of any known issues related to the new version. It's sufficient if anybody in the company monitors this forum and makes sure QA / development knows about those issues. Tech support, as a general rule, does not monitor this forum ![]()
